Acceptance and eligibility
By using Aegora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with applicable laws.
Demonstration scope
Aegora provides a local rules interface, deterministic preflight recommendation, and receipt hashing. It does not execute or guarantee a payment, provide custody, operate an account, verify ownership, or replace independent review. Pass, review, and block are software outputs—not professional advice or authorization.
Your responsibilities
- Verify policy inputs, recipient addresses, amounts, wallet prompts, and any later transaction.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and avoid malicious, abusive, or disruptive activity.
- Do not rely on local storage as your only record or on a digest as a wallet signature.
- Protect your device, browser, wallet, and recovery materials.
Wallets and approval-receipt anchors
Wallet connection is optional and reads only the selected public address and chain ID. If a verified contract is configured, receipt anchoring is a separate zero-value transaction that requires an explicit preview and wallet confirmation. You are responsible for verifying the chain, contract, calldata, gas, and wallet prompt. Network fees may apply even if a transaction fails.
Intellectual property and feedback
Aegora’s original brand, copy, and interface adaptations are protected by applicable law. Third-party libraries remain subject to their licenses. You grant permission to use voluntary, non-confidential feedback to improve the service without obligation.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or a particular result. No security audit, insurance, reward, return, or risk-free outcome is claimed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegora’s contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses involving digital assets, data, business interruption, or reliance on a preflight output.
Indemnity, termination, and changes
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these terms. Access may be limited to protect the service or comply with law. Terms may change prospectively; the effective date will be updated.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. No partnership, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship is created. No dedicated dispute venue or contact channel is configured for this demonstration release.
